Your latest post on your blog shows up on the feed coming out of wordpress, http://sweetjumbles.com/feed/ . Are you using a different feed service such as Google reader, etc.?

It can at times take a little bit of time for feeds to update depending on server loads, time of day, etc.

Was the post scheduled, by any chance? Sometimes there's a bug where scheduled posts don't go out on the RSS feed, nor appear in the tag pages until they've been edited.
